Tiny Bakery’s origins go wayyy back to when I was just a kid. I struggled with gluten and dairy intolerances and all I wanted was a decent cupcake. That sparked my passion for reading recipes, the chemistry of baking, and altering my favorite recipes to be dairy & gluten free.
Flash forward 20 years and my passion for baking has turned into a full career with my own business.
I still love experimenting with alternative ingredients, but I’m also known for my cinnamon rolls which are chock full of all the good stuff—aka dairy and wheat. My favorite thing is creating a spread of pastries with a little something for everyone. If you’re hosting a big event and need treats for the pastry connoisseur in your life while also having something for your friend who seems to be allergic to everything—I’m your gal!
